1. Check whether broadband is working
Most VoIP phone services rely on an internet connection. If broadband is down, the phone service may also be affected.
2. Check whether all phones are affected
If only one handset is affected, the issue may be with that handset, battery, registration, charger, base station or local cabling.
3. Restart the handset base or phone
Restart the handset base station or desktop phone, then allow it time to reconnect before testing inbound and outbound calls.
4. Note the exact call issue
Tell us whether you can make outbound calls, receive inbound calls, hear dial tone, see an error, or whether one number or all numbers are affected.
If your business cannot make or receive calls, submit a support request and mark it as business critical.
