Use this when calls are not working, handsets show errors, or you cannot make or receive calls.
Check broadband first
Most VoIP services rely on internet connectivity. If broadband is down, calls may also be affected.
Check one phone or all phones
If one handset is affected, the issue may be local to that handset, battery, charger, registration or base.
Restart handset/base
Restart the handset base or desktop phone and allow it time to reconnect before testing again.
Note the call issue
Record whether inbound, outbound, dial tone, one number, all numbers, or call quality is affected.
If the business cannot make or receive calls, submit a support request and mark it as business critical.
