Broadband problems

Use this when your internet is down, slow, intermittent, or working on some devices but not others.
Check scope
Work out whether all devices are affected, one device only, WiFi only, or both wired and WiFi.
Restart the router
Turn the router off, wait 30 seconds, turn it back on, and allow a few minutes for it to reconnect.
Check lights
Note the Power, Broadband/DSL, Internet, PON or LOS lights. A red LOS light on a fibre ONT can indicate a fibre signal issue.
Try wired if possible
If wired works but WiFi does not, the issue may be wireless coverage, interference, router position or device settings.
If the service is completely down, note the time it started and take a photo of the router or ONT lights.
