馃摱 4G router help
Checks for SIM, signal, router position and restart issues.
1. Restart the router
Turn the 4G router off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on. Allow a few minutes for it to reconnect to the mobile network.
2. Check SIM and signal
Check the SIM is seated correctly and note the signal lights. If the router has been moved, try returning it to the previous working location.
3. Try another position
4G performance can change depending on building materials, windows, height and local network conditions. A small move can make a big difference.
4. Note whether it is trial or permanent
Tell us whether the router is being used as a trial, backup, temporary service or permanent connection so we can handle it correctly.
