Turn the router off, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on and allow a few minutes for it to reconnect.

Check SIM and signal

Check the SIM is seated correctly and note the signal lights.

Try another position

4G performance can change with building materials, windows, height and local network conditions.

Confirm use type

Tell us whether it is a trial, backup, temporary connection or permanent service so we can handle it correctly.

Include router location, signal lights, SIM details if known, and whether all connected devices are affected.
